Pakmode is…

Bilal Saeed

Bilal “Bil” Saeed heads up the Pakmode Sales Team and is directly in charge of running the EMU Athletics Corporate Partnership program.  Prior to launching Pakmode in January 2008, Saeed worked as Director of Advertising Sales for the Eastern Echo for almost four years.  During his undergrad time at EMU, Saeed also completed the Junior Banker Internship with Quicken Loans.  Saeed has sat on numerous committee’s for Eastern Michigan University including the Student Center Marketing committee, the Eastern Energy Community Development committee and was also a member of EMU’s Student Media Board for 3 + years.  Together, Tim and Bilal founded the Ford Lake Frozen Leap, an annual fundraiser for the American Heart Association.

Saeed has worked with clients such as American Campus Communities, StudentCity.com, National Guard, Army, Nebraska Bookstores, Chase Bank, Domino’s Pizza, Discount Tire and CreateMyTee.com.  The name Pakmode comes from Bilal’s Pakistani heritage where he hopes to one day build schools for the less fortunate.

Tim Adkins

Tim Adkins, the other half of Pakmode, handles the production side of the business. Specializing in making a message, brand or company more socially visible, Tim really emphasizes outside the box practices. Publisher of both emYOU! The Magazine and iSPY, Tim spends most of his time working with the Pakmode creative team and updating their perspective websites. Tim also manages all of the social media campaigns, builds websites (just like this lovely site your viewing now) and often gets down with dance parties in the office with the Panda.

A 2006 graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Tim studied Communications and Marketing before moving to Chicago, IL for a little over a year and then headed back to Ypsi to start Pakmode with Bil. Hailing from a family full of entreprenuers, working for “The Man” was never really an option and he thought, if you’re going to work harder than anyone else, it might as well be for yourself.
